Inner peace follows thought, but not as the result of the
thoughts you have. When the ‘busy’ thoughts of your
day-to-day concerns drop to the bottom of your list of
preferences, peace appears.
The clarion call of
quietude always lies at the edge of
your horizon. It beckons while you absorb yourself in the
distractions of daily life. When you find yourself caught
in the grand mirage of a life that does not satisfy, drop
into the silence beneath it. Absorb yourself instead in the
deepest strata of your being. Then you will have peace.
It's as simple as that.
